As a Claims Treatment Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals regain their lives through ongoing support during their return-to-work journey.

You will provide expert advice, optimize medication plans, support recovery in line with regulatory requirements, and educate stakeholders and operational team members on medication-related issues.

This full-time position involves developing strategies to optimize medication and treatment management, assessing high-risk medication use, liaising with treatment providers, educating injured workers and employers, and referring to external services as needed.

A successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, current registration in the professional field, demonstrated experience in clinical practice, well-established knowledge of disability and injury management best practice, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
