Digital Business Development Executive

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our APAC Performance Marketing & Partnerships team.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to lead business development efforts and drive growth for Amazon's influencer program in the Asia-Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, execute, and refine end-to-end influencer and social platform strategies in partnership with internal stakeholders;
- Owning quarterly unit and revenue growth objectives for new and existing influencers and content creators;
- Pitching, onboarding, and scaling new content creators across social media platforms;
- Independently developing strategic recommendations across social media platforms that align with Amazon strategies;
- 5+ years of experience in developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements;
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently;
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules;
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations;
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements;
