Amazon Commercial Services Pty Ltd is seeking a highly driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our Retail Business Development team, you will be responsible for developing and managing a strong opportunity pipeline at scale, identifying and building relationships with key influencers and decision makers within the executive teams of prospective vendors/suppliers, and creating and presenting compelling Amazon solutions that meet and exceed the vendor expectations of a direct relationship with Amazon Retail.

Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying, prospecting, and recruiting new suppliers to Amazon.com.au by explaining the benefits of a Retail relationship with Amazon
- Providing business consulting services to new vendors, offering insights and advice, and interacting with different business profiles and sectors
- Helping new vendors master Amazon's tools and systems, ensuring they can be self-sufficient and integrate their products to Amazon's platform efficiently
- Improving business processes and making the team more effective in supporting vendors

Requirements:
- 2+ years of account management, project or program management, or buying experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience using Excel and other business analytic tools

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with software and editing tools, including HTML, Excel, and SQL
- Experience in online retail
- Experience using analytical specific tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, or HTML
