We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Strategist to lead our online presence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating engaging content and elevating our brand's digital footprint.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns that captivate our audience.
  • Identify trends and opportunities to keep content fresh and relevant in the beauty industry.
  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality social-first videos showcasing our products and services.
  • Adapt content to platform-specific trends while maintaining our aesthetic.
  • Support product launches, activations, and influencer collaborations to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and create content across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest).
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with marketing strategies and business objectives.
  3. Analyze performance metrics to track engagement, reach, and conversions.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform changes to ensure our content remains relevant and competitive.
  5. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target audience, their preferences, and behaviors to inform content decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in social media content creation, management, and strategy, preferably in the beauty or lifestyle sectors.
  • Proven track record of creating engaging content that drives business results.
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
  • Proficiency in video shooting and editing (CapCut skills are a plus).
  • Creative storytelling with a keen eye for visuals and engagement.
