**Lifestyle Content Director**
About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned content strategist to lead lifestyle content creation across various platforms. As our ideal candidate, you will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies that drive engagement and business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quarterly content plans for the Coles Health & Beauty magazine from ideation to publishing.
- Oversee digital lifestyle content aligned with customer needs and strategic goals, collaborating closely with SEO and strategy teams to optimize content performance.
- Drive creative content ideation across beauty, health, wellness, and commercial opportunities, leveraging data insights to inform decisions.
- Work with stakeholders to grow the lifestyle category and define commercial strategies that align with business objectives.
- Manage and mentor a small lifestyle team, developing workflows and processes to ensure seamless collaboration and productivity.
- A senior content strategist with experience in lifestyle, beauty, health, or wellness publishing, possessing a deep understanding of the industry and its trends.
- Proven ability to work directly with clients, aligning creative output with commercial goals and driving business results.
- Skilled in leading print and digital content creation, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality.
- Experience managing creative teams collaboratively, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Comfortable using data, insights, and SEO for strategy, with a strong analytical mindset.
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and passionate about content quality, with excellent communication skills.
