As a seasoned digital strategist, you will drive organic growth and shape the online presence of a leading Australian superannuation fund. You will collaborate with talented professionals on high-performing marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute digital strategies delivering measurable results
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to uncover optimisation opportunities
  • Implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO improvements
  • Analyse performance data and produce actionable insights using Brightedge, Google Search Console, and other analytics tools
  • Partner with content, development, and marketing teams to embed digital best practice into all online initiatives
  • Stay ahead of industry changes, search engine updates, and emerging trends
Requirements:
  • 7+ years' experience delivering successful digital campaigns with significant online traffic growth
  • Strong understanding of search algorithms, ranking factors, and optimisation techniques
  • Hands-on experience with Brightedge and Google Search Console (Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Analytics a bonus)
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in an agile environment, juggling multiple priorities
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
