The Opportunity:
As a Business Development Manager, you will drive growth strategies that support more people to live healthier, happier lives. You will be responsible for:
- Leading national growth initiatives and developing sales processes
- Nurturing relationships with funding bodies and stakeholders
- Identifying, assessing, and onboarding clients while ensuring seamless service delivery
- Owning conversation targets and plans across the customer journey
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience in Business Development within the community disability sector
- A thorough understanding of NDIS, Disability, and Aged Care sectors
- Excellent relationship-building skills with customers, case managers, and stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with high autonomy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
