The Opportunity:

As a Business Development Manager, you will drive growth strategies that support more people to live healthier, happier lives. You will be responsible for:

  • Leading national growth initiatives and developing sales processes
  • Nurturing relationships with funding bodies and stakeholders
  • Identifying, assessing, and onboarding clients while ensuring seamless service delivery
  • Owning conversation targets and plans across the customer journey

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience in Business Development within the community disability sector
  • A thorough understanding of NDIS, Disability, and Aged Care sectors
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with customers, case managers, and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with high autonomy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
