Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quarry Manager to lead our team at the Luxor Quarry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quarry operations, ensuring optimal production levels and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the work of mobile plant operators, ensuring efficient operation and maintenance of equipment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of quarry operations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in quarry management, with a strong background in operations, safety, and personnel management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment prior to commencement on site.
