**Job Summary**:

The Administration Officer is responsible for delivering high-quality reception and administrative support to the Mercy Mental Health Service.

This role involves completing patient journeys, greeting patients and visitors, and responding to enquiries. The successful candidate will provide administrative assistance to other team members and participate in key activities of the Mercy Mental Health Program.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide administrative support to the Mercy Mental Health Service.
  • Complete patient journeys on various patient management systems.
  • Respond to patient and visitor enquiries.
  • Assist other team members with administrative tasks.
  • Participate in key activities of the Mercy Mental Health Program.

**Requirements:**

  • Demonstrated administrative and MS Office skills.
  • Strong customer service focus and excellent conflict resolution skills.
  • Proven problem-solving ability, able to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and multitask.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
