***About the Role***

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team in Adelaide.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Clinical Manager to expand our service offering across the aged care sector.

As a Physiotherapist with Programmed Health Professionals, you will be responsible for assessing client's strengths and abilities, tailoring exercise programs to assist clients in achieving their independence goals, and working closely with the Transitional Care Program (TCP) team to ensure clients are meeting their therapy goals.

***Key Responsibilities***

  • Assess client's strengths and abilities
  • Develop and implement exercise programs to achieve client goals
  • Work with the TCP team to ensure client therapy goals are met
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the multidisciplinary team

***Requirements***

  • Current registration as a physiotherapist
  • High level of communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Willing to undertake or holds a current police check and working with children's check
  • Mandatory current drivers licence and comprehensive insurance Your own reliable vehicle
  • First Aid Certificate (with CPR updated annually)
