We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Worker to provide high-quality care to individuals with dementia.

  • Key responsibilities will include providing assistance with daily living activities, creating engaging activity plans, and building strong relationships with clients.

This role requires a flexible approach, with the ability to work varying shifts, including afternoons and mornings. Successful applicants will have excellent communication skills, a patient demeanor, and a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable adults.

Requirements
  • A minimum of [insert relevant experience] years of experience in a support worker or related role
  • A current First Aid Certification (required)
  • A Working with Children Check (required)
  • An NDIS Worker Screening Check (required)
  • A National Police Certificate (required)
  • A valid Driver Licence (required)

We also require our Support Workers to be available to work at least 15 hours per week, on an ongoing basis. We offer competitive rates of pay, starting at $38.00 per hour, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within our team.
