Our team is seeking a dedicated Claims Support Specialist to join our Melbourne office on a full-time basis.

The Role

This role will support our solicitors at varying levels who specialise in defendant insurance areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing files, including opening and closing them, as well as filing and e-filing documents;
  • Preparing monthly billing and reporting;
  • Ensuring high standards of client service are met;
  • Drafting correspondence with clients and stakeholders;
  • Providing exceptional client liaison services;
  • Assisting with brief preparation and other administrative tasks;
  • Coordinating diaries and travel arrangements, including booking appointments; and
  • Offering general PA and secretarial support.

About the Candidate

We are looking for an experienced candidate with a background in defendant insurance litigation, preferably using precedent software and experience with file management programs. A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work, strong communication skills, and the ability to build effective internal relationships are essential.
