About the Role

The primary objective of this position is to oversee all testing activities scheduled in the AAS Calendar for NSW, ensuring seamless execution and optimization of testing processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Organizing and managing testing events, including logistics, materials, staffing, and resources
  • Providing exceptional client service and support to school staff and stakeholders
  • Overseeing staff performance, addressing performance issues, and implementing corrective actions
  • Liaising with key stakeholders to develop and refine project documentation and operational processes
  • Streamlining team training programs and improving staff competency

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Ensure all testing as per the AAS Calendar for NSW are prepared in advance of testing day
  • Monitor staff engagement and costs, and implement cost reduction and engagement exercises where necessary
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant qualifications and/or a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Advanced skills and experience in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Access
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • High level verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills, with ability to meet strict deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
