Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Field Allocator. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of testing requirements, including test types, frequencies, and equipment needed.

This is a challenging role that requires effective allocation and delivery of customer testing requirements and sample collections using company and external Field Testers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and reviewing SAP to determine testing requirements.
  • Allocating daily testing schedules to Hanson field testers and contractor field testers.
  • Managing the servicing of the Tester fleet.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in testing operations and excellent communication skills. They will also possess proficiency in Qest Lab, Qest Field, SAP, and Allocation Programs, as well as flexibility and adaptability in response to changing demands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and review SAP to determine testing requirements.
  • Allocate daily testing schedules to Hanson field testers and contractor field testers.
  • Review field tester utilization and contractor field tester productivity.
  • Liaise with the Customer Service Centre regarding new jobs, cancellations, and re-assigned jobs.
  • Manage the servicing of the Tester fleet.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of relevant Australian Standards, RMS, and NATA requirements.
  • Qualifications in testing operations are advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in response to changing demands.
  • At least two years' experience in the building industry.
  • Experience in concrete laboratory testing or field testing is advantageous.
