Job Opportunity

This is an ongoing opportunity to join our Learning and Development team as a Training Officer – Rail Safety. The role involves delivering engaging content, managing assessment processes, and maintaining industry currency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and assess training to internal and external stakeholders in accordance with business objectives and RTO standards.
  • Provide a safe and inclusive learning environment for learners.
  • Maintain and develop courseware, ensuring it aligns with business policy and procedures.
  • Manage relationships with learners to ensure accurate responsibilities are established.
  • Participate in regular review and compliance of courseware to RTO standards.
  • Stay current with industry developments and Safe working competencies.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience working within the rail corridor, performing Safe working duties such as TFPC 3.2.
  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40122 or equivalent.
  • Competencies required to complete the duties of a Track Force Protection Coordinator (TFPC 3.2 & TFPC 3.3) and Track Vehicle Operator (TVO 1).
  • Experience delivering and assessing Accredited / Non-Accredited Training.
