We are seeking an experienced Program Controls specialist to lead program controls on large and highly complex infrastructure programs.

Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate Program Controls for large programs, that are of high strategic value and have the highest level of execution complexity.
- Provide senior-level oversight for Program Controls activities including leading the coordination efforts across multiple projects within the program, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with the program objectives.
- Spearhead and implement innovative strategies to streamline processes, enhance collaboration ultimately optimizing efficiency and productivity across the program.
- Use your visionary technical leadership to set the strategic direction for program controls, ensuring alignment with AECOM's broader business objectives.
- Significant experience of leading program controls on major infrastructure programs with, ideally 15 + years professional experience within a Program Controls Leadership role.
- Track record of deploying and managing program controls processes, tools, methodologies and decisions on major programs of work.
- Extensive understanding in all underlying concepts and principles of program controls, paired with extensive experience to provide insights, thought leadership and evolution of the discipline.
- Demonstrate a high level of technical expertise in establishing, managing and maintaining a robust and realistic baseline; assessing performance, provide meaningful analysis to support the proactive management of the program.
- Significant experience in leading program controls for major client programs in infrastructure, ideally in the Energy, Water, Aviation, Transport or urban development sectors.
- A bachelor's degree (or master's degree) in relevant field such as Project Management, Engineering, Business or a related discipline.
