Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic customer service professional to join our team on a part-time basis.

Betfair Australia is a strong data-driven business that uses cutting-edge digital marketing technology to service a sophisticated customer base. We offer a unique way for punters to engage with racing and sport.

The ideal candidate will have a love of sport and/or racing, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. They will be able to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and have strong communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Registering and educating new customers
  • Answering calls and emails from customers, providing betting information and completing bet placements on their behalf
  • Responding promptly to incoming customer queries via phone calls and emails
  • Assisting with and documenting team procedures
  • Processing customer KYC checks across various methods
  • Updating knowledge around betting products
  • Making outbound calls to establish and develop relationships with current and prospective customers
