About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketplace Manager to join our team at Mindshare. As a key member of our investment team, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and inspiring the investment team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement media plans that meet and exceed client expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media owners and vendors
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure optimal media buying strategies
  • Provide accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis
  • Ensure compliance with GroupM's SOX Compliance and auditing processes
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in media agencies or the broader media industry
  • Proven track record of success in media buying and planning
  • Strong knowledge of media buying tools and systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
