Heavy Equipment Technician Wanted

We are seeking a skilled technician to join our team in Tasmania.

This role involves disassembling, inspecting and repairing hydraulic cylinders, small pumps, hydraulic motors, valves and small drive components.

  • Set up and use tooling to disassemble, inspect and reassemble hydraulic cylinders with new parts.
  • Report stock levels of consumables to assist in planning for future works.
  • Maintain machinery and equipment, recording within our systems.
  • Attend daily meetings and contribute to discussions.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and reports relating to completed works.
About You
  • You have an excellent work ethic, the ability to handle numerous tasks and the drive and determination to learn.
  • Experience in a heavy earthmoving or automotive workshop environment is preferred but not essential.
  • You possess high attention to detail and good verbal and written communication skills.
