Centre Director Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centre Director to lead our team in delivering high-quality educational programs.

About the Role:

The Centre Director will be responsible for recruiting, mentoring, and leading a team of educators to provide exceptional care and education to children. They will work closely with the leadership team to foster a sense of belonging and community within the centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of educators
  • Ensure high-quality communication with parents and families
  • Work with the leadership team to promote a positive work culture
  • Foster partnerships with families and communities

Requirements:

  • Director or higher management experience
  • Business performance skills, including KPI and budget management
  • Knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and Exceeding Themes
  • Understanding of the National Law and Regulations
  • Possession of Diploma in Early Education or Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood Teaching
  • Working with Children Check registration and First Aid certification
