A renowned footwear brand is seeking an ambitious Assistant Store Manager to support its high-performing Chirnside Park store. In this key role, you will work closely with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, coach and develop your team, and drive store success.

- Supporting the Store Manager in leading daily operations and achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Inspiring and guiding the team to deliver exceptional customer service and performance.
- Assisting with visual merchandising, stock management, and store presentation.
- Managing wage costs and contributing to effective rostering.
- Mentoring and coaching team members to support their growth and development.
- Helping maintain a safe and compliant store environment.
