About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Store Manager to support our high-performing Chirnside Park store. In this key leadership role, you will work closely with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, coach and develop your team, and drive the store's success. Key Responsibilities

Some of your key duties will include:

  • Supporting the Store Manager in leading daily operations and achieving store sales targets and KPIs.
  • Inspiring and guiding the team to deliver exceptional customer service and performance.
  • Assisting with visual merchandising, stock management, and store presentation.
  • Managing wage costs and contributing to effective rostering.
  • Mentoring and coaching team members to support their growth and development.
  • Helping maintain a safe and compliant store environment.
