Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Production Estimator to join our team at a prestigious high-end residential builder. This role involves working fully remotely on challenging and highly detailed jobs, utilizing your expertise in production estimating with no sales estimating involved.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates for residential construction projects, focusing on labor, materials, and overhead costs.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Analyze project plans and specifications to identify potential issues or discrepancies.
  • Support contract administration, including reviewing contracts and managing documentation.
  • Develop and maintain an organized database of estimates, ensuring timely updates.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to align estimates with project goals and budgets.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in residential construction estimating.
  • Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and costs.
  • Experience with contract administration is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
