Perpetual's corporate trust division stands as a premier provider of fiduciary and digital solutions tailored for the banking and financial services sector across Australia and Singapore. Our services encompass the administration of securitisation portfolios and investment structures, ensuring the protection of our clients' investors' interests. We offer a distinctive range of services through five core offerings: Debt Market Services, Managed Fund Services, Perpetual Asia, headquartered in Singapore, Perpetual Digital, and Laminar Capital.
Role Overview:
As an Accounts Management Officer within the Treasury Advisory and Cash Management team, your responsibilities will include:
- Establishing and nurturing strong client relationships.
- Responding promptly to client instructions and inquiries.
- Delivering timely information and reports to clients and stakeholders.
- Overseeing bank account management, including openings, closures, and user administration.
- Identifying and mitigating risks while ensuring compliance with legal standards.
- Issuing client correspondence and managing account-related inquiries.
- Verifying documentation and conducting thorough due diligence.
- Assisting Senior Management in operational enhancements.
Candidate Profile:

- Proficiency in managing and mitigating fraud and risk-related issues.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Demonstrated analytical, investigative, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and quickly adapt to new concepts.
- Understanding of trusts and related documentation (preferred).
- Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.
- Solid understanding of financial markets and the financial services industry.
- Awareness of Privacy Act obligations and relevant industry codes and legislation.
