About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Trust Specialist to join our Financial Services Department at Allens Corporate Services. As a Trust Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the provision of accurate and compliant fund transfers into and out of our Trust Account.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage trust accounts to mitigate against risk to the firm's trust account and client funds held therein.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality client service and support the overall objectives of the team.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate and timely fund transfers, billings, collections, and receipting.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure compliance with firm's standards.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments to ensure compliance and risk management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in trust accounts in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Excellent client service skills and professionalism.
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
