Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain effective relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met
- Manage client accounts, including bank account openings, closures, and user administration
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with legal requirements
- Provide timely information and reports to clients and stakeholders
- Support Senior Management with operational improvements
About You
- Previous experience within a banking operations/administration role
- Ability to effectively manage and mitigate fraud and risk-related matters
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Demonstrated analytical, investigative and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively prioritise tasks, manage deadlines, and quickly grasp new concepts
