Business Advisory Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Advisory professional to join our team and support Indigenous businesses in building their capacity and driving growth.
About the Role:
- Engage with emerging Indigenous businesses to introduce them to support services and cultivate trust-based relationships.
- Provide timely and strategic business advice to Indigenous businesses and financial partners.
- Assist in deal structuring, conduct financial analysis, and prepare proposals and reports.
- Monitor financial performance, identify risks, and advise on effective mitigation strategies.

Our client is a national, Indigenous-led organisation dedicated to empowering Indigenous businesses with the tools they need to build capacity and enable investment and growth.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strategic thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and understanding of cash flow and P&L.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, commerce, or related field, or equivalent experience.
