Our Tech Risk TeamWe assist businesses in managing strategic, operational, and technology risks. Our services include advisory, technology risk remediation, and assurance services, as well as governance and technology risk management frameworks, solution workshops, and technology risk and mitigation strategies.
About the RoleAs a Manager in our RAS Leadership Team, you will support Partners in developing the IT Risk Advisory & Consulting business, executing RAS projects, handling client matters, building team performance, and ensuring operational excellence in engagement delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Build and mentor an IT Risk Advisory & Consulting team of highly skilled professionals.
- Manage a portfolio of clients across various industry sectors, focusing on IT risk, controls, and assurance.
- Supervise and undertake fieldwork, preparing high-quality written reports or deliverables, adhering to budgets and timelines.
- Apply the firm's professional delivery standards to deliver insightful advice and exceptional client service.
- Drive the continuous improvement of current practice processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Drive growth initiatives and business development activities of the practice, working with Partners and other service lines.
We're looking for a highly motivated Manager with experience in consulting and professional services, specifically in tech risk advisory. You should have:
- An information systems, accounting, or business-related tertiary qualification.
- Certifications or qualifications relevant to the role, such as CISA, ITIL, COBIT5, CA, or CPA.
- Experience in IT General Controls, Business Application Controls, SOC 1, 2, 3 reporting, Cyber Security, JSOX/SOX reviews, System Implementation and Data Migration reviews, and IT Resilience reviews.
- Strong working knowledge of key business risks across various industry sectors.
- Experience in proposals, project management, risk and control identification, and reporting.
- Experience in presenting to Senior Management, Boards, and ARCs, as well as facilitating workshops.
- Exposure to the latest best practices, methodologies, and frameworks in IT risk management and project management.
