Senior Field Application Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Field Application Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for assisting with the execution of our worldwide compute go-to-market strategy.
Job Responsibilities:- Supporting commercial territory sales and channel teams through deep technical engagements with IT implementers and assisting with device evaluations, pilots, and proof-of-concepts
- Providing technical guidance on product features and enabling quick adoption
- Resolving technical issues with Windows on Snapdragon products around peripherals, stability, multimedia, etc.
This role requires strong customer support skills, as well as experience working in cross-functional teams to support customer design issues.
Requirements:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, information systems, computer science, or related field
- 5-8 years of working experience in application engineering, field application engineering, or technical product marketing roles
- Technical sales management expertise, ability to manage change, and desire to operate effectively across organizations and customers
- Experience building complex solutions and driving new device adoption in commercial accounts
