Job Title: Senior Field Technology SpecialistKey Responsibilities:

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Field Technology Specialist. As a critical member of our technology support team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and optimal performance of our technology assets.

Some of your key responsibilities will include installing, configuring, and supporting end-user devices, including laptops, PCs, applications, hardware, and telecommunications. You will also be required to support Microsoft technologies such as Windows Operating Systems, Active Directory, Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Azure, and M365.

Additionally, you will manage imaging, deployment, and device refresh activities, monitor and action the Field Services Incident Queue, ensuring compliance with SLAs and ITIL processes, troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues, and collaborate with digital workplace teams to align system policies with user needs.
