About the Role

We are seeking an Agricultural Operations Specialist to join our Technical Growing team.

In this role, you will assist the growing team with manual tasks and checks daily, reporting directly to the Grower.

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Completing daily, weekly and monthly duties
  • Entering data and checks correctly
  • Conducting routine maintenance and basic repairs on equipment
  • Mixing fertiliser according to procedure
  • Recording and reporting goods consumption
  • Safety awareness and adhering to protocols
  • Demonstrating sound judgement and following instructions
  • Paying close attention to detail
  • Able to lift 25kg due to physical demands of the role
