Delivering Senior Occupational Therapy Services

Job Overview

We seek a skilled senior occupational therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in providing high-quality clinical services.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge and experience in occupational therapy, with a focus on delivering effective interventions and achieving optimal patient outcomes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions and adjust plans as necessary to ensure patient progress.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance patient care and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Supervise junior staff and provide guidance and mentorship to support their professional development.
  • Maintain current expertise in research and best practices in occupational therapy and related fields.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification.
  • Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Demonstrated senior-level experience and leadership in a specialized area of clinical practice.
  • Able to provide supervision and mentorship to junior staff.
