Job Overview

  • You will provide wound, catheter, stoma, and bowel care, administer medications and injections, and manage chronic diseases for clients.
  • Utilizing exceptional clinical assessment and problem-solving skills, you will deliver high-quality care and contribute significantly to clients' health outcomes.

We are seeking an experienced, multi-skilled Registered Nurse with a genuine interest in working in community healthcare and with the aged population.

  • Degree or postgraduate qualification in Nursing
  • 2+ years post-grad broad experience in general nursing
  • Current Registration with AHPRA, with zero notations
  • Compassion and enthusiasm, with a friendly approach
  • Strong experience in wound and catheter care
  • Advanced clinical assessment skills for chronic disease management
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A current Australian driver's licence
