Healthcare Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced healthcare recruitment specialist to join our team. As an accomplished recruiter in the healthcare industry, you will be responsible for placing Registered Nurses, Personal Carers, Clinical Managers, Facility Managers and Executive Leaders into permanent roles across aged care and community services nationally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a full 360° desk with confidence and effectiveness.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing relationships.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong candidate relationships to ensure successful placements.
  • Motivated by earning potential, you will have an uncapped bonus structure to reward your achievements.

Requirements:
  • You must have experience as a recruiter, preferably with a background in healthcare or community recruitment.

  • Show a genuine passion for the aged care or health sector, with a strong understanding of industry trends and developments.
