We are seeking a Senior Business Partner to join a team in Perth and provide strategic financial guidance and support to drive organisational success.

Description Provide strategic financial analysis and advice to support decision-making processes.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and manage budgets effectively.
Identify opportunities for cost efficiencies and improved financial performance.
Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Support the organisation\'s long-term financial planning and strategy development.
Lead and mentor junior finance team members to achieve team objectives.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on financial matters.
Profile A successful Senior Business Partner should have:
A strong background in accounting and finance, ideally within the public sector.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance, or a related field.
CPA or CA accreditation (or equivalent) is highly regarded.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
The ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
