We are seeking skilled Trades Assistants to deliver Facilities Maintenance services at various locations.

This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm with the potential of overtime available and an attractive pay rate of $37.47 per hour + super.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform new installations and other minor reactive maintenance actions
  • Carry out door and lock repairs, patching and painting
  • Provide support to site-based trades as required to assist in the completion of reactive and planned maintenance
  • Maintain documentation to show repairs, modifications and additions through uploading of photographic records
  • Safely operate machinery and tools and assist in non-mechanical maintenance and construction as required

Requirements:

  • Trade Assistants experience
  • Any Trade Technical or Mechanical background
  • Drivers licence
  • White card
  • Safety and performance orientated
