This role involves driving innovative solutions to support customers at scale, delivering empathetic, technical, and efficient experiences. The ideal candidate will work on customer tickets daily, maintaining high empathy, clarity, and technical precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve 10 to 30 customer tickets daily with high empathy, clarity, and technical precision.
  • Develop automation scripts using APIs and Python scripting to reduce repeat issues.
  • Create educational resources including documentation, video walkthroughs, and community how-tos.
  • Engage in community support and enablement, contributing to forums, live sessions, and onboarding spaces.
  • Improve support operations through involvement in release readiness, incident management, or voice-of-customer initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years experience in technical customer support or adjacent technical roles.
  • Strong background in supporting SaaS platforms and working across multiple customer tiers.
  • Hands-on familiarity with debugging and some Python scripting.
  • Passionate about improving customer experience through technology.
