We are seeking a skilled and dedicated customer experience specialist to join our team in Wetherill Park, Sydney.

The role involves responding to customer inquiries, placing orders, resolving complaints, and liaising with stakeholders. To be successful, you will need to be able to work between 7am and 6pm (7.5 hours), be committed to delivering excellent customer service, confident in learning systems, a team player, and capable of meeting targets.
