Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented professional to join our proactive services team. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for completing tasks allocated to you in the daily planner, including sweeping the shop floor, cleaning walls, bathrooms, trolleys bays, and team room. You will also collect trolleys on foot from the car park and surrounding areas, work across departments to deliver specific cleaning needs, and help our customers in store by answering questions or providing directions.

Your Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An ambitious mindset and a love of retail
  • A passion for people and a desire to grow your career
  • Physical fitness and the ability to stand for long periods and lift loads between 5-10kgs
  • Flexibility to work in different environments such as the shop floor, fridges, freezers, and carparks
  • Availability to work across Monday-Sunday and shifts starting from 6am or 5pm
