Role Responsibilities
  • Prepare the annual business plan for the centre
  • Rent roll administration, debt collection, and reconciliation
  • Budgeting and forecasting for the centre's performance
  • Actively engage with the local community to identify opportunities for cost savings and improvement
  • Manage relationships with retailers and negotiate agreements as needed
  • Review and analyse centre performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Lead the Centre Management team and drive efficiency initiatives
Requirements
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills with experience in retail operations
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to budget and forecast
  • Effective negotiation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Proven ability to develop strong retailer relationships and manage agreements
  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is desirable
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will also receive a range of benefits including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
