Job Description:

This role is responsible for developing and delivering strategic communication initiatives to keep members informed, motivated, and aligned with organisational goals. The Senior Communications Advisor will play a key role in shaping internal and external communications, and drive community engagement to support the State Emergency Service.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in communications and relationship-building, with qualifications or experience in journalism or corporate communications. They will be able to develop and write communication and marketing materials, manage content on internal and external online platforms, and provide training to State Emergency Service volunteers and staff involved in communication activities.
