As the Clinical Leader, you'll play a crucial role within our site management team. You'll have the chance to collaborate closely with team members, residents, and families, all under the guidance and assistance of our Clinical Care Manager and Site Operations Manager.

Drawing upon your solid clinical expertise, your role will be pivotal in guaranteeing the provision of exceptional, personalized nursing care to our residents

**Responsibilities**:

- Reporting to the Site Operations Manager and Clinical Manager and working closely with your team to deliver person centered care.
- Build strong partnerships while leading and mentoring staff to promote a holistic person-centered outcome.
- Oversee and monitor the provision of care and services within the centre to ensure that the physical, social, emotional, and spiritual needs of residents are met.
- Understand and support the roles and rights of families in the provision of care and support to residents.

**Requirements**:

- Extensive clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
- A Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification, including a current AHPRA registration
- A genuine passion for providing individualised clinical care to support ageing in place.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with staff, residents, and their families.
