Job Description

We are seeking a Regional Team Lead to provide localized support to our Hunter-based Speech Pathology team. As a senior member of the team, you will balance maintaining your own reduced caseload with supporting new graduates and early-career clinicians.

The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background in Speech Pathology, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for mentoring and developing junior clinicians.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Approved qualification in Speech Pathology and SPA registration
  • Current driver's license with use of own vehicle
  • NDIS Workers Screening and WWCC
  • Prior managerial or supervisory experience
