Position Overview:
We are currently in search of a highly skilled, driven, and enthusiastic Parts Salesperson/Interpreter to become a vital member of the Volkswagen team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to assist with inquiries regarding Parts and Accessories.
- Utilize the Manufacturer EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) to identify necessary components.
- Access the online Manufacturer's portal to locate and procure parts.
- Process customer quotes and orders through the DMS system (AutoIT).
- Collaborate with team members to uphold a high standard of customer service.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while demonstrating individual strengths.
- Quick learner with a strong work ethic.
- Dependable and honest with a solid attendance record.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Capable of performing under pressure and adapting to changing circumstances.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Genuine passion for the Automotive sector.
- Experience with franchises such as Volkswagen, Audi, or other European brands is highly valued.
