About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional leader to collaborate with our Therapy team and deliver high-quality, evidence-based services to clients.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, management and governance knowledge and skills, as well as experience leading teams in disability, health or similar services.

  • Collaborate with the Therapy team to deliver impactful and sustainable services to clients.
  • Build and maintain networks to ensure quality, safe and effective service delivery.

About You

You will be a strong advocate for inclusion and participation, with a commitment to human-centered approaches and strengths-based practices.

You must have excellent communication, management and governance knowledge and skills, as well as experience leading teams in disability, health or similar services.

  • A current Driver's License and own vehicle are essential for this role.
  • Registration with AHPRA or a relevant peak professional body is required.
  • An NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee) are also necessary.
