You will be required to support a team of paediatric therapists while maintaining your own small caseload as well as working collaboratively with the Directors and Practice Manager. Role available for experienced Allied Health Practitioner with more than 8 years experience.

Working from our brand new clinic in Torquay on the Surfcoast in Victoria, this ongoing position will suit an energetic, proactive and passionate team member who genuinely wants to make a difference and lead a team of passionate and dedicated therapists.

The exciting Team Lead role:

- Step into a leadership role that motivates and inspires your team daily Take a proactive approach to overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring clinical and procedural excellence with innovative practices. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to discuss cases, address challenges, and celebrate achievements.
- Manage a caseload effectively and ethically, Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients whilst fostering a multidisciplinary approach in treating clients by working with educators, and other allied health professionals to achieve best outcomes for clients and their families.
- Cultivate a collaborative and dynamic workplace where sharing insights and best practices is second nature. Approach conflict resolution with positivity and create an environment where every team member feels supported, valued, and energised
- Lead and develop exciting training sessions, workshops, and seminars that highlight the latest advancements in speech pathology and allied health. Identify unique strengths and areas for development, creating personalised growth plans for each of your team members

*Be involved in decision-making processes and bring innovative ideas to the table. Collaborate with the leadership team to set long-term goals and create actionable plans to achieve them. Identify opportunities for growth and expansion, such as new service offerings, outreach programs, and partnerships with other healthcare providers. Help develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance efficiency and quality of care. Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives to keep our practice at the forefront of the field.
