As an Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist, you will be responsible for utilizing your clinical decision-making abilities to aid individuals in their recovery from injury or illness. You will develop and implement recover at work plans, job task analysis, labour market analysis, and job seeking canvassing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting Functional Capacity Evaluations, Workplace Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessment (ADLs) to offer comprehensive assistance.
- Collaborating and communicating with clients, employers, medical professionals, and other allied health professionals to ensure holistic care.
- Reporting writing and case management.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy.
- Full AHPRA registration or ESSA.
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights.
- Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle.
