Senior or Rehabilitation Consultant

Big Umbrella is seeking a highly skilled Senior or Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team in Townsville. As a key member of our Workplace Health team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional results and achieving quality outcomes for our clients.

The Role:
  • Manage a caseload of clients, focusing on quality and delivering high-level rehabilitation services.
  • Engage with a variety of clients, including WorkCover QLD and DVA, to achieve return to work outcomes.
  • Perform discipline-specific assessments and provide expert advice to stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to generate repeat referrals and drive business growth.
  • Provide training and coaching to team members, sharing your expertise and knowledge to support the growth and development of our team.
  • Work from home and visit clients in Townsville and surrounding areas, utilizing your own vehicle or accessing pool cars.

The Ideal Candidate:
  • AHPRA-Registered Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Psychologist, Osteopath, or Registered Nurse; ESSA-Accredited Exercise Physiologist or ASORC/RCAA-Accredited Rehabilitation Counsellor.
  • 1 year+ Workplace Rehabilitation experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Eager to make a positive contribution to the Workplace Health space, with a passion for delivering exceptional outcomes.
  • Organized, proactive, and motivated, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A reliable vehicle and driver's license, with the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
