Strategic Leader: Infrastructure and Asset Management

Job Overview:

As a trusted advisor to the Deputy Secretary, you will oversee one of the largest health infrastructure portfolios in the country, influencing decisions that directly impact patients, communities, and enable the effective delivery of NSW Health's capital program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team providing critical executive and administrative support while acting as the central coordination point for matters requiring the Deputy Secretary/Chief Executive's attention.
  • Oversee strategic planning, policy, and asset management leadership within the Ministry of Health, working closely with Health Infrastructure to deliver sustainable and innovative infrastructure solutions.
  • Provide high-level advice and support on complex matters spanning policy, planning, and operations involving the Infrastructure and Asset Management Division and Health Infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve coordination of priorities, projects, and communications across the Ministry of Health and Health Infrastructure.
