With oversight of one of the largest health infrastructure portfolios in the country, your advice and coordination will influence decisions that directly impact patients, communities, and enable the effective delivery of NSW Health's capital program.
Responsibilities Leading a high-performing team, you'll provide critical executive and administrative support while acting as the central coordination point for matters requiring the Deputy Secretary/Chief Executive's attention.

About You You will use your strategic insight and sound judgement to provide high-level advice and support on complex matters spanning policy, planning and operations involving the Infrastructure and Asset Management Division within the Ministry of Health, and Health Infrastructure.
Drawing on your strong organisational and leadership skills, you will lead the Office of the Deputy Secretary and Chief Executive, ensuring seamless coordination of priorities, projects, and communications across the Ministry of Health and Health Infrastructure.
You should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with senior executives, and managing relationships across government and the broader health system.

The Office of the Deputy Secretary and Chief Executive operates in a fast-paced environment requiring seamless coordination of strategic priorities across both the Ministry of Health and Health Infrastructure.
Establishing and maintaining effective "ways of working" will be critical to ensure the office functions efficiently while supporting senior leadership.
